Metropolitan Seabirds (2021)
Pigeons did not always live in cities. Before we domesticated them, they hovered over the coastline and nested in the indentations of present cliffs. But that was hundreds of years back. The sheer cliffs have been exchanged for skyscrapers, the urban skylines serve as swirling seas. This mini-documentary brings both worlds together through a sound and visual interplay between the urban bustle and stately architecture of Belgium's capital city.
